Oh my goodness, I alo love the Chobani brand too, my fridge is stocked full of it...pineapple is my absolute fav flavor. I am also a huge fan of Stoneyfield Caramel greek yogurt...so delish!! I absolutely love it, I also eat it for breakfast w/ fruit and granola, so awesome and filling!!!!

I would suggest trying Zumba, those are awesome! I took the class & I have the dvd, in a one hr class you can burn 1,000 cal...it is an awesome workout & fun!!!

Yes, I definitely agree that your elliptical is way off target. When I work out for 30 mins on the elliptical I burn almost 400 cal, so you might want to see if it can be re-callibrated or something.

Great ideas, thanks!! I absolutely love hummus, spinach, & fish....those are my 3 fav things!! I make my egg white omelets w/ red & green bell pepper, mushrooms, onions, & loads & loads of sauteed spinach...ummm ummm ummm!!!!

There are some really good snack ideas here...I would have to say mine is 1/2 c baby carrots w/ 1/4 c hummus...yummy to my tummy...or a cucumber w/ dill dip that is made with fat free mayo & sour cream!!!

I am not sure how you feel about this, but try 1 cup of baby carrots & 1/4 cup hummus, or some WW yogurt!! There are so many different snacks, baked chips ( like a serving )....just make sure you are counting calories!!

Hey Spikes, I have never used or tried this product, but to keep flushed I drink Metamucil every night, it works pretty darn good. I would say just eat an enormous amt of fiber in your diet will help also, but I am not sure about the Herbal laxatives and whatnot...I hope it works for you...GOOD LUCK with those last…
