Down 2.5kg (5lbs) over two weeks. Which has nudged me into the overweight category!! Pleased as punch. Add to that that about 4 people have commented on my weightloss this week, and I'm feeling a lot more positive. I did weigh after a sauna trip, so it may not be a real loss, but we'll see next week.

Great challenges. I'm sooooo pleased, I'm finally overweight. Rather than obese that is. I went to the gym today and to the sauna, and weighed afterwards, so some of it might be fluid loss, but the scale showed BMI 29.4, and that has made me one happy bunny.

Stayed the same this week, 3rd week in a row. I'm starting to get a bit demotivated, not to mention puzzled. And grumpy, I've been seriously grumpy all day. Also it rained all day, so didn't get my cycling in. Will have to make a serious efort to catch up at the weekend.

Going to try to crank up the miles a bit this week, weather permitting. The beginning of the week is never good for me - just work and home, no time to go out, so it's dificult to keep the motivation going.

I've gained this week, almost half a pound. I'm feeling bloated so I hope it's temporary. I did go over one day, but I didn't think it had been enough to result in a gain. I haven't walked at all in the first part of the week, but got the Wii out tonight and did 2.6m, plus cycled the school run today.

I weighed today and have gone up by 0.2kg, so about half a pound. I had a busy weekend socially, and although I thought I'd tracked everything and ended up under for the week, I guess I didn't. I can't enter my weight into the sheet for some reason, but it's 89.8kg. I'll measure at some other stage.
