i started at 175 pounds last year and have seen a steady drop in weight over that time. i started off just doing cardio but in about june time took to doing a mix of strength and cardio... seems to have been a good choice as i now eat more which in turn makes it easier to keep the fitness up as i dont feel deprived. i need…

im 4'11 1/2. i weigh 127 pounds and am not really looking to lose any more weight just tone up and build lean muscle
-
i work nights and find i have 2 breakfasts lol.... one carby to get me thru the shift and one in the morning before bed high in protein :)
-
maybe reduce the time u spend weight training. otherwise ur body may start to canabolise that lean muscle u have gained. ur lose the last few pounds but not necesseraly see a change if u totally stop the weights
-
ive lost 48 pounds in a year with a mix of weight training and cardio, rougthly half hour of each to start but i now find i do an hour on the weights and build cardio into my day to day life like biking to work/gym etc.

yes u can, im on a cal defisit (i eat 1600 cals a day) and on my last PT assesment had lost 3kg of fat, gained 2kg of lean muscle mass and lost 1kg overall. i eat a protein rich diet and i think thats the main factor along with hitting the weights :)

hi - im not an expert but have been weight training for 8 months or so. rule of thumb i use is to be able to do 12 reps x 3 sets at a weight high enuff to cause u to feel the burn and not be able to do another rep while still holding form. work up from lighter weights until you find that level then say every week or so try…

i meet roy hudd on a train and had the funniest 15 mins of my life. what a guy

my tips would be eat when your hungry regardless of weather u go over cals, eat back workout cals but dont eat just cause u can. treat calories like money....if u have a big party to go to nye for example - go for a nice long run ar gym session in the morning (work up cal credit) so u dont feel guilty for enjoying the good…

-
i log my days from midnight-midnight.... regardless of what order i eat meals in... seems best way for me as otherwise one day has loads of cals and next not many... guess is just a numbers game but makes me happier not going over cal goal x
-
im a train driver so shifts range from a 0400 start to a 2325 start... i find if i make my meals in advance i dont snack or get a takeaway plus i always keep plenty of fresh fruit on hand and tons of water. works well for me x

i have a polar FT4M which i brought 2 days ago. in that time ive figured most of it out and it works really well. is great to know my true calorie burn. i can fully recommend it. looks smart too x
