I check the resturants web site for food facts. Plan ahead with what I am going to order. I drink a huge glass of water before I leave, and one as soon as I get to the resturant. You don't necessarily have to eat the calories you burn. The point is to burn more then you eat. If your not hungry don't eat. Also you shouldn't eat before 6am or after 7pm

I have been over 200lb for who knows how long...too damn long. My first goal is get out of the 200's then I will make myself a new goal. I began this journey at 245lbs, I am currently 227lbs. ........sooooo count my big *kitten* (not for long) in :)

Well I bought some today. I got raspberry flavored, and I don't LOVE it. It's gotta be ice ice cold. I did not know they had a green tea pill! That has all the same things in it?
