I don't think you should lump all of the companies in together. I happen to love the Advocare Meal Replacement Shakes. I've tried Shakeology, Advocare and Body by Vi. All are pretty good tasting. Also, if you don't mind drinking toxins with your shakes go ahead drink GNC.

Great idea. It is the hardest workout ever put on a DVD. Totally worth the money!!! Make sure you buy from beachbody or one of their coaches so that you get everything it is suppose to come with.

Oh yeah, because that's healthy. Don't skip meals. Go for a nice long walk so you can eat some more. Plan your meals better.

You should have gotten a meal plan with the 24 Day Challenge. If not contact your coach.

Here is what I don't understand. Never once has anyone in this thread come out an mentioned that we sell it. That would be against the rules. Bio Tools has reduced the pain in my ankle tremendously. I partially tore two ligaments in my ankle back in September and it just wasn't healing.
