Pyramid Schemes and Scams are illegal. I'm sorry but most are shut down rather quickly. Advocare has been around for 20 years. I guess the hundreds of unpaid professional athletes must be trying to sell products, because they endorse it. I just love blanket false statements.

It is obvious you don't understand. I say this because on the 24 Day Challenge you are eating real, clean food. I actually found myself eating more food than before I started the challenge. I think that maybe you should investigate something before just making a blanket statement.

If it works, then what is the problem. Plus Advocare is not just the 24 Day Challenge. It's common when people don't understand things they put them down.

Actually it is not more expensive, but that's ok. Never once said coffee drinkers were lowly. Geez people really need to get over themselves.

Not to argue, but there is something special about Advocare products. They spend hundred of thousands of dollars every year sending their products to be tested to make sure it doesn't have any PED's and contains what it says it contains. Not every company does that. Just my opinion...

I know I am not a lady, but I thought I would chime in anyway. Chalean Extreme is an awesome strength building work out. She follows the philosophy of slow and heavy. Just my 2 cents.

I eat better and cleaner now then I have ever in my life. Sure I am getting stronger. I do martial arts 3 days a week, circuit training 2-3 days a week. So yes I am working out as hard as I say. Yet I'm lucky if I get my weight below 270 lbs.

I disagree. I work out harder and more often now then I did when I was in my 30's and I am not losing nearly at the rate I was back then.

41 here and I noticed that metabolism has definitely slowed down. If I worked out as hard as I do now, when I was in my 20 or 30's the weight would be flying off me. Nope not now. With that said I feel great and that is what is important. Thanks to Advocare!!!!

My wife and I both did the 24 Day Challenge. I lost 12.5 pounds and 16 inches. She lost 16.5 pounds and 18 inches. The stuff works. Is it sold by a network marketing company? Yes, but that doesn't change the fact that it works. Nor does it change the fact that so many professional athletes use the products.

I have done the Advocare 24 Day Challenge and it works. To those who think you don't eat real food, you are wrong. 24 Day Challenge actually teaches you the right way to eat. Do I sell it? Yes. Doesn't change the way I feel or the facts. Good luck on your journey.
