I'm not in either of the companies you mentioned, but a blanket statement like that is ridiculous. Most businesses are Pyramid Schemes. Ever look at a normal corporate structure? Pyramid Schemes are illegal and getting shut down every day.

Invest in a foam roller. I've used one Monday and today on my shins and it has worked wonders.

Look for a brand called Walden Farms, any of their dressings are fine.

A recovery shake within 30 mins after you worked out.

Nice work!!!

Do you know an Advocare Advisor? If so I would ask them. Personally I would do the Cleanse and then follow that up with Catalyst and MNSe.

Northeast Philly, here!

I would highly suggest a foam roller. The thing is a life saver. I would push through, your legs will loosen up as you do Day 6. It will help break up the lactic acid build up.

No you don't have to keep on selling. Just pay the $79.00 first year and then $50.00 each year after. That get's you 20% off. There are steeper discounts (I get 40%), but that is a whole different story.

Had great success from the 24 Day Challenge and now having success building our business. Good luck to everyone doing the challenge.
-
The person whom you bought it from should have directed you how to do the challenge.

It will get easier. Then you'll hit the Max Phase. Good luck!

Good luck!!!

Good luck. My wife and I are on Day 21. I'm down 10 lbs. and my wife is down 16.5 lbs.

This is great info. Women generally will not bulk up even from lifting, mainly because they do not produce enough testosterone. You should be fine on the 24 Day Challenge, even with the Catalyst.

Have you asked your sponsor, to take a look at it? I'm currently on Day 19 of the 24 Day Challenge. I'm down 9 pounds and 12.5 total inches so far.

I'm 5'10" and kind of broad shouldered. I'm shooting for 199 pounds.

My wife and I are in the middle of the 24 Day Challenge by Advocare. Day 13 to be exact. She has lost 12 lbs. so far and 2 pant sizes. I have lost 6 pounds and have gone down 2 holes in my belt (so probably a pant size). The thing we are liking the most about the challenge is that you get to eat real food through out the…

Finish Turbo Fire and then move onto Insanity. Always finish what you start.

Thank your husband for his service.

Thanks guys.

I turned 40 in 2012 and decided I wanted to get my first one. I have 2 that I definitely want to get, but one of them won't happen for a few years.

Love it, wish I could afford it on a more regular basis. I'll get there though.

Everyone is different, so you may see results before or after others. It also depends on how strictly you are following the nutrition guide as well. As far as tracking it on here, I created a cardio exercise to track how many calories I burned. Hope this helps. Stu

Why does it matter what people are recommending? The person asked for information on MEAL REPLACEMENT Shakes. I didn't see you jump on the other people for recommending the other stuff. Is Shakeology expensive? Yes! But if you try to buy everything that Shakeology has in it and make your own shake you would spend much much…

I'm 40 years old and don't have any tats. I am however for the first time in my life considering getting two of them. One possibly soon, and the other when I reach my goal. As far as placement the one I am getting soon was going to be on my arm (like where a watch would be), but I have decided to move it up my arm, as to…

Honestly, to me it is a confidence thing. I can tell when my wife is feeling good about herself and that makes her more attractive. It really has nothing to do with weight or pounds lost.
