Hey guys, I started reset metabolism 3 weeks ago. And I gained nothing. Started at 192,6 lbs. And this morning I am at 192,6, no gain. Yeah there were some gain 1-2 lbs but then back to 192,6 again - I guess it was water retention. I am eating around 2260 cal everyday, mostly little bit over. No workouts, just normal days…
