I think its my personality. It keeps popping in my mind "why did I bother to struggle the other three weeks if I was going to blow it this week". I feel bad and guilty now that I think I put on weight that I worked very hard to get off. I am really wishing I had of measured inches as well. Now I will not know if a gain or…

If you can not change to a time zone that works out for you. You can manually flip back to the day before and add it in. I know that is annoying but it is a better option then nothing.

Thanks because it hurts like crazy. I was working my legs out earlier and now I wish I had not of. I don't have a charlie horse but thats what it feels like.

I am a 22 Female with almost close to 100 to lose. Feel free to ad me as a friend and msg me to chat :)

I bought one from walmart. It is not fancy like you use at a gym but it is small and works great. I paid $200 for mine at the time.

Thank you for all of the responses

I would love to do P90x but I am not close to being in enough physical shape to do it. I have about 80 or so lbs to lose.

Well I have been trying to do a bit of straight training though my main goal is to burn off fat. I have not been straight training on a regular bases but I did make a plan to start it monday after my new weigh in. I bought a measuring tape to track inches. I always thought as a women who wants to lose fat I should focus on…

I always count the night before since I have not gone to bed yet. It is probably because I still consider it the same day even if it is after midnight.

It is normal for your body to fluctuate threw out the day. Your body retains water. Take cassidystreasures adive or you are going to drive your self crazy.

The number of calories you burn is based off your weight. The perprogramed amount in MFP could have been entered in by a person who is heavier or lighter then you. At the same time you should make sure your weight in programed into the machine if you are going to use that number.I based my number off a calorie burner…

Ugh it sounds like where I work at. I work in a grocery store and our staffroom is crazy bad for junk food. Instead of throwing out food that is about to expire they put it into our break room. Or if the grocery boys cut the bags of chips extra when opening the boxes it goes into the staffroom.

I used them before years ago. They only helped a small amount. They can help you stay under your calorie count for the day but I don't think they help you with burning any fat or anything. I think the idea is just to stop you from eating too many calories. I only lost 2lbs a week so it didn't let me lose crazy amounts.

Thanks for the help :)

Well I am not even close to that stage so I can not say. However it seems like a good plan rather then set your self up for failure. I think your going to have to work hard by keep your eyes on your cal so you do not gain. Good luck maintaining your current weight :)

jocember explained it very well. Just remember if you work out and add it into your diary you will be allowed more calories to eat. The number you are given to start off with does not take into account you will be working out.
-
You have to have a calorie deficiency to lose weight. That is your number based off of doing nothing. The idea is to add in your work outs. When you add it in your work outs it will add calories to your food diary. This then gives you more calories that you can eat.

I love carbs way too much to stick with it. It's not going to fix your problem anyways. Once you go off the diet you will gain it all back because it is not teaching you how to eat healthy and work out. You can not do this diet for the rest of your life. I would suggest you switch your carb types. Eat whole wheat instead…

Well muscle weighs more then fat. It is also more dense then fat. So it is possible you are not showing a weight loss because you are gaining muscle. If this is true then you should see a loss in your measurements.

I always go over mine. I acutely turned my sugar off because of it. I think it depends on why you have a high number. If its because of junk food then I would worry. I don't worry when it is because of fruit.
-
From what I understand the idea is not to fully cut them out but change the types. Eat whole wheat instead of white pasta and bread. If you don't want to eat normal white potato try sweet.
-
I ask that question and it turned out to be a loaded question. Apparently many people on here believe you should do it fully on your own, well at least thats the responses I was given to my post. If your talking about taking a pill instead of changing your eating habits and working out then no I don't believe you should do…
-
So its all pretty much what I figured, thanks for your responces
-
Well no I don't mean instead of eating and exercising. People were just talking about pills to boost your metabolism.

I know someone who started to use Flaxseed every day. What is the benefit of it?
-
I know you don't want to be rude but at some point I think you need to put your health first. I don't think it be rude to say no thank you to the gravy or to the 2nd scoop of potatoes idea.

I have been noticing a lot of people saying they do it every morning. I like to do it just once a week. Every monday I get up, use the washroom, change into my weigh-in shorts and tshirt and jump on the scale. Body weight changes to much daily for me to do it every day. I would be too disappointed only seeing small amounts…

Thanks guys for the suggestions and help.

I have been on site for about 2weeks now. I don't know if there is an exact group for PCOS but many people have posted that they have it. I have it my self. There are a few people I chat with who has it as well. Feel free to msg any time to chat about your struggles or to just say hello. Good luck with the battle, I know…

Just take it one day at a time. Find a friend or online buddy to chat with when you want to quit.
