I was never diagnosed but my doctor suspected IBS for the pain I was having . I found my only triggers to be caffeine and very sugary foods (i.e. ice cream, chocolate bars). I probably would have figured it out much sooner if I had kept notes on when I got pains and what I ate that day.

I've made a chocolate cake with avocado replacing butter before, very similar. No eggs either, just needed some baking soda in the dry ingredients and some white vinegar in the wet. Turned out delicious!

If I understand it correctly, you're thinking of skipping Week 2 and doing half sets of Week 3 instead? I would advise against it. The way it is scheduled, you are moving for about 20 minutes each session (not counting warm-up/warm-down walks). To do a half set of week 3 is only 9 minutes. If you want to move on to Week 3…

eatthismuch.com, you can enter in how many calories you want and how many meals per day. Sometimes it's a bit weird, like telling me to eat 3 cups of greek yogurt for lunch, but just keep refreshing until you get a day you like.

If you want something solid maybe try soft bread with hummus, mushrooms, and lunch meat?

I read that "starvation mode" doesn't kick in until like 2 days without food. I think you'll be fine if you are not hungry. It's just one of those great days when a little bit fills you up!
