I do agree that height is a factor, you can carry more weight than someone who is 5'1'', but I've also learned that muscle mass has a lot to do with how you'll look at any given weight. I'm 5'10. I have a 1/2 cup of oatmeal (measured dry) with cinnamon and a little splenda and egg whites. On my high calorie days I'll add 1/2 of a portabello muchroom cap and 2 tbsp of parmesean cheese to my eggs.

When I started on my journey I was a 36G, now I'm down to a 34F, although I'm probably a DD now if I went to get measured. Under Armour makes sports bras that go up to a DD. My new favorite brand is Moving Comfort. Their Rebound Racer and Juno bras are sized like bras and also go up to a DD. Both can be found at D!ck's…
