I just have the one cup in the morning as I need my caffeine fix to wake me up lol. 2 teaspoons of instant coffee 2 sugars and a splash of semi-skimmed milk :-)

I'm on week 3 of insanity, it is a very hard workout, when I first started I was having to have a break on the warm up as well but am now able to complete a whole session, don't worry about keeping up with the ones on the DVD do it at your own pace and you will get there :-) I now look forward to doing my workout session…
