If you really want to run i also recommend the c25k program, i cannot run either, i have tried before and failed at the less than 30 second mark, however i have now got myself a pair of running shoes and did day 1 of c25k and thoroughly enjoyed it, it took me longer to do the 5k in walk/run intervals than it would have…

It seems to me after reading these posts that there is no clear defintion of "clean", everyone does what works for them, peoples ethics and beliefs seem to play a part in each individuals interpretation. It is so easy to find evedence to backup diets either way, all the pro diet camps (vegan, clean, atkins etc) will use…

I do bodyweight training 6 days a week, but will sometimes have a 2nd rest day if my body needs it. I started to feel tired about a week after starting it but increased my carbs and that seems to have helped, however that works for me and may not necessarily work for you.

I use IIFYM.com or scoobys workshop, they both allow you to put in your excercise levels, using both there can be a difference of around 100 calories but i just use the number in between them. Works ok for me as im losing every month

^^ this is an interesting read,.......... as for me i try to get in my 5 fruit/veg per day and also try to eat a varied and balanced diet whilst hitting my macros and if processed/fast foods help me to achieve that im happy, i have no other health issues apart from being overweight and i am now trying to address this.

For me calories come first as my primary goal is to lose weight, then protein (as i strength train) and fat (as i want to make sure i vet enough for hormones and vitamin absorbancy) my carbs work themselves out.

Yes i skipped through quickly, the presenter of the documentary eats nothing but pre-packaged low fat foods for 1 month to see the effects on her body. They skip over aspartame in diet drinks and mention the uk Food Standards agency have set a recommemded limit of 14 cans per day (however fail to mention that the FSA…

The government guidlines are based on averages for the population, so if you do more excercise or your height/weight is different from the average then your calories could go up or down.
