Hi, I'm on the same journey. I'm eating no more then 1,400 calories prefer below 1,200. I've lost 31pounds so far but have at least 50 more to lose. PLEASE feel free to add me. I'm full of positive motivation. Also, I can use any extra motivation given to keep focused. :smile:

I found weighing myself everyday is discouraging to me. My weight fluctuates daily up and down. For me to have a accurate weigh in, I only weigh in every 2nd Thursday at 11:30am. I also, plan on wearing there same cloths when I weigh in.

Hi everyone. I am two days late on this challenge but eager to start walking tomorrow. I just started my weight loss journey a few weeks ago. I haven't incorporated exercise yet but need to start asap. I have a 100pounds to lose.
