I didn't like MapMyRun at all! I have been using iRunner for several months and I find it to be reliable and user friendly.

Wow! Just wow! Amazing transformation!!

That's awesome! I also started out only able to run a short distance before stopping and just completed a 5K this weekend. Keep up the good work! Running past the finish line feels awesome!

That's awesome! I'm training for a half-marathon this fall and I understand hitting road blocks. Feels so great to push past them!! Good luck with your continued training.

I agree with the other posters who suggested fajitas. We live in a very small town where the only actual restaurant is a really good mexican place. When we go, I order the fajitas minus the beans, rice, and tortillas. Then I just pile the meat and veggies on top of the "salad" that it comes with (lettuce, pico, sour cream,…

I agree with other posters who suggested that you drop the Lara bars and hence drop the overall carbs for the day. Lara bars taste great and are totally all-natural but still contain way too many carbs/natural sugars for the beginning stages of a primal diet. Once you've hit your goal, that will be a great treat to add in…

I love making menus! When I have a rough week and have to go to the grocery store without a meal plan I feel lost. My menu has changed alot since we have been eating healthier as a family. It definitely helps me to stay on track for the week. I just look at what I'm making the next night and do some of the prep work ahead…

I would add AT LEAST 500 calories to the MFP calculations if your baby is exclusively breastfeeding. And If that doesn't seem like enough, add some more good calories. Too little caloric intake can dry up your milk supply. I breastfed all my babies and food-wise it was the best time of my life. I couldn't eat enough…

I haven't had a problem with my sugar numbers since I cut out all grains. I focus on quality meats and fats, lots of veggies, low-glycemic fruits such as berries and apples and a bit of full-fat yogurt and cheese. I never seem to take in too much sugar eating this way and I feel full and satisfied more than ever before!

I've read it. It made perfect sense to me so I started the program/lifestyle recently. I'm finding it to be a much needed change for my life. I'm enjoying food more than ever and losing weight at the same time!

I actually strive to eat leftovers. That's because what I cook is mostly homemade from scratch so I control the ingredients. Otherwise, I pack homemade tuna or egg salad in a pita with a side salad or just a big sald topped with protein such as chicken or eggs.

My favortie summer meal comes mostly from the garden. Saute a diced summer squash, zucchini, onion, and a few cloves of garlic in a little olive oil till fork tender. Add large can of crushed tomatoes and let simmer a bit. Season with plenty of fresh chopped basil and a little salt. Serve over spaghetti squash or pasta of…

I think high quality dark chocolate curbs my cravings way better than milk chocolate (such as Hershey's or Reese's). I like Lindt dark chocolate, particularly dark with a touch of sea salt. It gets my salty/sweet craving knocked out with one punch. I usually have 1 square a day.
