I'm down to where I'm trying to lose 10lbs... I'm currently 135 and want to get to 125. I keep thinking I should go to trying .5 pounds a week. 1200 cals a day is killing me. It's just not feasible.

I am exactly the same way! I eat so good through the week and stay on top of exercise and then on the weekends I binge and get lazy. Ugh!

Yeah if I lost another 10-15 pounds I'm almost certain I'd be too small for the bikini I bought :smile: I have one-pieces in my arsenal of bathing suits so maybe I'll go in my one-pieces for a while until I'm tan enough and lost a little bit more weight to feel comfortable in my bikini.

I guess it's my arms I'm not happy with? They still seem like they could be smaller. My husband bought me 1 lb weights but they don't seem heavy enough to do anything.

I bought a food scale at Walmart thats digital, I really like it... I just had no idea if the weight's that people were inputting on My Fitness Pal were with the skins on or off.. Im already amazed at how small my portions have to be to be accurate with counting calories, and have already lost 1lb of weight.

That sounds like a great idea for the mornings! I used to eat a Luna protein bar every morning for breakfast, but it ended up making me go over my sugars at the end of the day :(

I rode the Upright exercise bike this past Sunday and that was the last time I rode it. I'm planning on just working out 2-3 times a week for the sake of my health.
