It is insertional. MD has started talking about surgery. However, my understanding is that the recovery is BRUTAL! I am wanting to lose weight for a number of reasons-one would be avoiding surgery!

I can totally understand your frustration! I had a three week plateau that really put a dent on my average weekly weight loss. The thing that got me off my plateau was to eat over my calorie limit of 1200 a day.

Since logging, I have gotten up to 4000 one day. Before logging, 10,000 easy. I used to eat from fast food restaurants almost exclusively.
