Today is the first day I’ve wanted a beer. I’m cleaning the house, and I usually reward myself with a beer between chores lol. Luckily, I don’t have any in the house!

I didn't used to log my meals when I would over eat because I didn't want to know. If it's not logged, it didn't happen! :D Now, I immediately log whatever I ate that was "bad". That way I can see the damage and hopefully won't give in to that temptation next time. I also try to drink extra water the next day because it…

I've gone through Insanity 3 times in the last few years. My best advice is to get up early and get it done so it's not hanging over your head all day lol. It's tough, but the results are worth it! Good luck!
