I think its easier to go straight to black and just get used to it! I did the same thing and then when I started looking at the calories I was consuming it was the first to go!! That was 4 years ago :) Good luck, you can do it!

I need more friends! I seem to always fall off the logging wagon and I think If I were to have more friends it would help! Would love some friend requests!

Fats are your friends, often when your eating low fat foods, they have more sugar and sodium, stick with full fats :)

Maybe for you the outdoors helps you mentally vs on the deadmill?? I know personally I find it easier to run further and faster on a treadmill but I much prefer my run outside! Wish warmer weather would hurry up though

I typically log on fitbit when its running/walking and not MFP I dont know if that is correct or not either

Hi, I dont work shift work really more of a 9-4 kinda girl.... except today I am in the lab late! I just finished my BSc in December. I try to work out 4-5 days a week but some weeks are easier than others! Feel free to add me!

You may not be eating enough! Try eating more fats and proteins and see if this helps! Cheers

Yes I did years ago! Love it and still will pop in a DVD now and again when I need a change or haven't made it to the gym. Love turbo fire too!
