Help! Confused?!

Hi,
I've stuck with app for a long time, decided to up my game 4 weeks ago. Reduced my calories to 1200 per day. No alcohol, I only eat vegetables and white meat, no processed food. My daily treat is a chocolate chip cookie, 83 calories. I was born with gluten intolerance so gluten free diet. Most days I'm 100-200 calories below. 1.5-2 litres of water.
I'm at the gym 4-5 times a week, treadmill for 30 mins hard, weights for 40 mins, minimal break between reps, 30 mins cross trainer. In first 7 days I lost half a stone, since then nothin???
HELP!
