Well i just started to workout about 3 weeks ago.. i do feel sore while im doing it (specially abs) but at first the day after to the following it was a fell good pain!!! at times painful but again feel good.. now the more i workout my muscles (while doing it i feel it) but im not as sore the following days... im working…

thing is that i havent worked out at all.. just simply haven't had the time.. BUT i do eat really healthy and i do snack etc.. i doubt its muscle. see why im like this... :huh: LOL

Oh wow thats great!!! my Goals.. as sad as it currently is i just want to loose about 35-40lbs.. im 168 right now. the heaviest i have ever been! i cant say that ive gotten technical and know my body fat % etc.. all i know is that i hate the body i in.. this is the biggest i have EVER been. Ive tried evry pill every crash…

completely see your point.. and al my sugars are from healthy sources.. i dont weight lift due to a recent surgery i had so light cardio is all i can do.. and regarding the calories.. i think i did become a little OCD on them. its crazy how at the end of your day when you submit them it will tell you "if every day was like…

it took me straight to the message board again.. is there a specific one you want me to look at? and FYI protein is from healthy things and sugars are from fruits. i dont drink anything but green tea and a lot of water.. and no refined sugars at all..
