Just added you as a friend. Agreed...just make smaller goals for yourself and that 100 lbs wont feel like anything. 5 or 10 lb goals and go from there...1 eating goal at a time and so on. You can do this...you are ready!!! this site is great for tracking and having motivated and inspiring people to keep us going!!!! :)

MIne isnt necessarily cravings as just a constant HUNGRY feeling. I do feel like it is caused by a higher sugar intake at once. This morning I had a banana on my way to work and then stopped and bought a cup of coffee with normal sugar creamer instead of SUGAR FREE like I am used to.

I am actually having one of those days today myself!! I would normally try to eat veggies and then, like today, try to get a higher in Protein lunch. It doesnt seem to be helping so, I am trying some hot tea and chugging some water (because I know I havent had nearly enough of that this weekend).

My sister-in-law pre-makes breakfast burritos (eggs, cheese, meat) and freezes them so all they ahve to do is grab, heat, and go! You could heat it while you are putting your coat on in the morning and it be done by the time you are ready to get out the door. She makes like 2 or 3 dozen at a time.

If you personally dont have an issue with processing sugar, then it shouldnt be as much of a problem. I am hypoglycemic so, i have to watch how much sugar I take in. It depends on how your body reacts to sugar and processes it. Everyone is different. Generally speaking, you sugar intake is all with Fruits and not "junk" so, I wouldnt worry too much about it.
