Another vegan here! I went vegan about 3 months ago and the benefits I get from giving up meat are fantastic! I feel like I have more energy and build muscle/recover from soreness faster than before I went vegan. I just started using MFP again after taking a long break to make sure I'm getting all of my nutrients so I'd…

Wow, this is so inspiring!! What an awesome transformation, not just of your body but of your entire way of living!

Reading, going for a walk, playing with my mom's dog, or drawing/painting. I've found that watching tv or going on the internet makes me crave comfort eating even more :P

I did, or at least tried to. Couldn't get into contact with them. So I'm sending it back to amazon and getting a refund.

Forgot to post but I tried this one again on tuesday and was able to do it in 20:12.5! I had been working on my arms more and really pushed myself with the divebombers and am proud to say I only needed to substitute for the last 4 on round 3!

It depends on how well I've stretched beforehand, otherwise with no stretching yes I can hear and feel it, which is probably not a good thing

You guys are fast! I got 18:52. I'm slow on those sit-ups lol!
-
Those pistol squats are pretty hard too! I can't go all the way because then my knees start to click :/

Gotta stock up on fruits and veggies! Anyone have favorites they'd like to share? I want to try something new!

OH MY GOD... I feel awesome and dead at the same time... I had to do beginners moves at the end too. Somehow I managed 24:39 minutes. I can't remember the last time I sweat this much! It made me realize that i really need to work on arm strength. Those dive-bombers KILLED me. Both my arms feel like jello. I can barely type…

I agree, then people could post their times and stuff for each individual workout/thread

OK! I am going to do this an hour after dinner and not chicken out haha. My roommates are going to wonder whats going on when they hear me stumbling about though lol

Welcome back and good luck! Feel free to add me if you like!

I joined about a week ago and I absolutely love it here! It's so great to be working to get fit with other people, and not struggling on your own. Good luck on your journey and feel free to add me if you want extra support!

LA and Sacramento, depending on the time of the year :)

Add me if you like. I'm always willing to give support!

@megsmom: That's probably for the better, then you won't have to wait a week between episodes! @aleesh: I expect them to stray a bit like they did for the second season, but as long as the characters stay true to themselves and the big events are kept in I'll be happy. It helps that the actors are so good. @jjlibunao: same…

there's an app by Skimble called Workout Trainer. They have a bunch of workouts you can do without any equipment. Its pretty helpful and I feel like I've already gotten more trim since I've started using it.

Add me if you like! I log on every day if only to add meals and stuff but I love giving support!
-
Feel free to add me if you want more motivation! I love supporting my friends because it's great that so many people are working to get healthy! My biggest goal here is to trim off a few more lbs and then tone up!

Hahaha I've been telling everyone "Happy Game of Thrones Day!" I've read all of the books, but am considering rereading the third one to refresh my memory. And yes, LOVE the CGI dragons lol. Can't wait for them to get bigger :D

I've heard 1200 calories is the lowest you can go before your body thinks it is starving. And when your body thinks it is starving, it will cling to whatever fat it can find. So if you are struggling, definitely add some to your daily limit. I started counting at 1200 calories, but struggled all the time. I'm now at 1400…

Jon and Dany are great! I'm also really looking forward to Jaime and Brienne's story. That was a great one!

This is a great idea! Will definitely motivate me to run more and do more weight training, which I need.

These are from a few days ago but I doubt I've changed much haha CW: 134 ID: 120 Chest/Waist/Hips: 35/28/38 Height: 5'7" I'm really wanting to get super toned for this summer and lose fat from my butt and thighs, which have always been my biggest problem!
-
I agree with Mandy. 1200 is the lowest amount of calories the average woman needs just to keep her body running. So you probably need to eat more! Sounds backwards, I know, but when your body is receiving so few nutrients, it thinks it's starving and begins to hold onto as much fat as it can.

Hi there and welcome! I just sent you a friend request. Good luck with your goals, you can do it! :)
