Any Game of Thrones fans out there? Who's excited for the new season? Anyone read the books? If so, no spoilers please!!

If you haven't read the books, what are you hoping happens? Who are you hoping to get more screen time? Who do you want to die?

I can barely contain myself! I wonder if I can lose calories from being way too excited about this show hahaha. I've read all the books but the third is definitely my favorite. I am looking forward to seeing how they represent it on TV. This series is so amazing, definitely my favorite right now :D

I'm super stoked! I love seeing Jon's and Dani's stories the most. I've read about half way through the third book so I am all caught up with the season so far. Can't wait!

Jon and Dany are great! I'm also really looking forward to Jaime and Brienne's story. That was a great one!

    YES YES YES
Best easter gift ever. (I mean, except for the initial one I guess.)

I've read the 1st and am halfway through the second. Have you read any? Also, even though I initially thought she was super annoying and needed to go away, I'm now emotionally invested in Dany's story.

Hahaha I've been telling everyone "Happy Game of Thrones Day!" I've read all of the books, but am considering rereading the third one to refresh my memory.
And yes, LOVE the CGI dragons lol. Can't wait for them to get bigger :D

I'm 10% through book 5 so I know everything that is going to happen, if they follow the books that is. :x

Yes, I have been waiting these last months for season 3 of Game of Thrones to start. AND perfect timing too because two of my other favorite shows (The Walking Dead, and Spartacus) are ending.

No, haven't read any of the books but everyone I know is a fan of the show.

You know I really enjoyed Season 1, but season 2 got too magic-y for me. Thats my problem with the magic/fantasy genre, I cannot relate to the actors because by magic they can do anything.

@megsmom: That's probably for the better, then you won't have to wait a week between episodes!

@aleesh: I expect them to stray a bit like they did for the second season, but as long as the characters stay true to themselves and the big events are kept in I'll be happy. It helps that the actors are so good.

@jjlibunao: same here! it definitely softens the blow that I won't be able to watch the Walking Dead for a while

@Norminv: aw, but magic is fun! haha. I actually like the series because I feel it focuses more on the character and the politics than it does the fantasy stuff
