I did it a few years ago.. didn't care for it but my dietician approved it.. only lost 25 lbs in 6 months and gained 45 after I quit following the program. I have had success at eating lower carb/higher protein and cutting out junk food, pop and eating out.

Thanks for pointing out that the x plan I follow is a scam which it is high protein/low carb with carb cycling. If you only knew my history you would have known that I have done less CICO, been to a dietician for years, worked out rigorously weekly, ate less crap, no pop and lots of veggie and protein. Yup been on X since April 2013 and LOVE the stuff.. down 70 lbs.. 50 + inches only program that I have lost inches, pant sizes, bra sizes and shirts sizes :)

I did it for 6 months... I lost 55 lbs don't have a clue from where besides my muscles and big toe maybe. Didn't budge a pant size, bra size, shirt size I finally quit when I was hospitalized due to dehydration from puking and pooping non stop on that program .

How much sleep do you get ? Thyroid ? have you had your blood checked lately ? What do you eat ? I used to be tired all the time... sleep 8- 10 hrs at night plus want to take naps during day..my thyroid was way off, low vitamin d and ate horrible, plus drank lots of pop

I am on the same page... I have lost 70 and have 100 to go... make small goals.. don't change everything at once... start eating healthier and less.. cut out pop.. junk food...fast food etc... Take it 1 day at a time as we didn't gain this weight overnight and it won't go away overnight :)

Yes tried it... not a very good product . If you are interested in a MLM just do research on what is the top 5 and talk to your dr. Don't give up.... cut out crap... pop... sugar.. keep eating like you already are and sometimes that scale won't move but keep going... measure as well as weigh weekly :)

go get fitted a running store.. they can track your foot pattern and get you fitted for the correct shoe and correct size.. I was wearing shoes 1.5 sizes to small ...
