Not sure if I'm qualified to answer, but here's what I did to lose around 76 pounds in about 4 1/2 months: I actually limited myself to 1200 calories a day. Not a lot for a man that started out around 271 pounds, but I found that if I was smart about it, I could be full more often than not. It's a great time of year here…

I know you can overdose on vitamins, so hopefully that's not true for bee pollen. Let us all know how the rest of the days goes.

Physically you'll probably be ok, but I don't understand eating that much. I thought it was taken in place of vitamins and other supplements, but not 8 oz at a time.

If you say you know it's there, that you can feel it, maybe it's not what you're eating at this point. Try a suppository and work at it from the other direction. Once you've done that, then watch out, the rest will follow soon.

I would recommend you alternate days and increase your walking distance and walking speed. Go find a high school track and time a quick paced lap then go walk wherever you can at that pace and convert it to distance. The weights will do wonders too, but totally eliminating one or the other might be less effective. Above…
