I can't exercise on an empty stomach or when my blood sugar is low. If I do, I feel lightheaded and nauseous. Experiment with your diet. Try eating something light that will give you energy. Running shoes are important as everyone is saying. BUT... Are you taking rest days? I"m finishing week 4 and doing C25k every other day and no running on the weekends to let my body recover. I do other exercises like swimming, on the days I don't run. I am in the obese category. You can do it.

You are in the best place for support. I can't tell yo how much I've learned on MFP. I take it one day at a time and i try to do some sort of exercise every day. I swim too and enjoy it. Friend request sent your way. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
