30 minutes of walking and 25 minutes of elliptical. Got 72% of my water goal. I keep working on drinking my water goal which is 72 oz a day.0

Another 30 minutes of walking intervals and 30 minutes of shoulders and feet. Had a late night last night, so up at 5:30 was tough. But it's done for the day, and I will get to bed early tonight. Have a fantastic day everyone!0

Did P90X3 The Challenge. It alternates between pull ups and push ups of different types. I did 150 push ups and 96 pull ups (with an assist band). My arms are toast after that. This workout is my least favorite of P90X3.
I weighed myself for the first time in almost 2 months expecting to gain weight with the holidays and not working out due being ill over two weeks in December, but I lost a couple pounds. I'm now at 208.8 so goal is 195 by my birthday (Feb 28). I'd be super excited for under 199 then!0 -
Day 3 - 50 min of walking 2.46 miles0

Day 3 - Strength training. I like feeling my arms the next day, but my thighs are not pleased lol.0

45 min of hill climbs today. Was supposed to be yoga today but I felt I needed something that will make me really sweat. I crashed this morning had no energy and every thing took a tremendous amount of work even simple tasks, this was after eating my breakfast. Realized that I needed to move to phase 2 of the P90x eating plan. I had been doing phase 1 and it is 50/30/20 of protein/carb/fat. Phase 2 is 40/40/20. I also had been cutting calories hoping for a quicker weight loss, not a good idea!!! I felt so bad that I decided to have a bowl of stove top oatmeal after I had already eaten breakfast 1.5 hrs earlier. 45 min after eating it I felt great. So great that I decided to do the hill climbs instead of yoga. I have felt so great all afternoon. I have more energy today than in the past 3 days. This happens every round I do of p90x I can only handle the 50/30/20 plan for about 2 weeks or so then I crash. It does jump start my metabolism. I lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks. I don't have any doubt that now I will continue to lose, even moving to the 40/40/20 phase. Last round I did I lost the most during the 40/40/20 phase.0

Workout 4-6 days a week with 30-60 minutes each workout.
Change it up ! Piyo, Zumba, HIIT, Yoga etc. Keep things interesting.
Drink 1/2 your weight or more in water.
Finally, and most importantly... PRACTICE SELF LOVE !
Will you step up, or back down ?
Start date will be January 4th 2016.
Can you please explain the half my weight in water? That seems excessive.0 -

Don't let that ankle sprain stop you! Do something with your upper body!0 -
Did P90X3 CVX which is a cardio workout while holding a weight (it was 10lbs for me). It is a tough, sweaty workout, but I like it. I didn't do so good on food last night with being at a work meeting.0

Ran 3.5 miles this morning!0

I'm totally in! My goal is to train no more than 4 times per week and improve my technique and breathing.
This week I've done 2x Body Pump, 1x Body Combat and 1x HIIT. I will do either Body Combat or Body Balance on Sunday to send off the week with a blast.
Body Pump is going great, I am lifting more than some of the more relaxed guys and loving it. The new Body Combat choreo is a bit confusing, but I am getting the hang of it. HIIT was much fun :-)
I am drinking more water than recommend, so I'm actually working on reducing it. Less trips to the water cooler, smaller gulps of water, that sort of thing.0 -

Day 5: I kind of put together my own restorative/prenatal yoga practice using various poses and ideas from some of the videos and classes I've taken. I honestly didn't want to exercise at all today, but knowing I was doing this challenge helped me to keep going. So I did 30 minutes of yoga today. Water goal met. The peanut and I are still in this thing. Good job team!

Great job everyone. Today ended up being my rest day. I got called into work unexpected and then one of my kids had 2 basketball games and one had basketball practice at a different location than the games so the 45 min break between games I was running to pick up the other at practice. Last game ended at 9pm and I still have farm chores to do.0

Lots of walking today thanks to work. I will be walking anywhere from 6-8 hours today, all different paces depending on the crowds!0

Total for day 6: 50 minutes. Water met.
