Ohhh the "pacific" thing drives me crazy!!!! I have gotten past the "loose" weight but how can you get "specific" to "pacific"?????? My husband's aunt also drives me crazy because she calls sheet rock, "sheek rock" and Tylenol, are you ready for this "TyGENOL"!!!! Good heavens.......

I'm 5'9 and my goal weight is 155-160. I never shoot for a low weight per say just how thin and fit I actually am. I accepted a loooong time ago that I will never weigh 115 or even 125 for that matter.

Is pineapple low in sugar? I never knew that because it is so sweet. Grapefruit I know because it is so bitter but I kind of always limited pineapple because of the sweetness.

See this is my problem, I'm not adding any additional sugar to my diet. The sugar intake is coming from my meals in general so it's hard to cut it out when it's in prepared meals and fruit.

As much as it sucks, some weeks you may not have any weight loss, but maybe the following week you'll have lost 5lbs. Don't get discouraged, this is just a plateau and you will overcome it. Watching sodium intake is always important (I have to remind my own self of this) due to water retention. Good luck and don't stress!…
