I have been working out several times this week to the Fire 30 DVD - I am getting better at the routines - I think it will take time but I enjoy it alot!!

Got back from holidays and ramped things up starting today. Did the fired up 30 min DVD today - tomorrow is HIIT 15 - I am finding the routines sometimes hard to follow but I just keep moving and hope that eventually I will figure it all out LOL

Wow - okay so I did my very first Turbofire video today - Fire 30 class - I managed to do 17 minutes (yay me) - I loved the video - and even my parrot hooted and hollered while I was doing the work-out :D I am feeling encouraged - I may even re-incorporate going to the gym again to mix things up :)

HI everyone I am starting Turbofire when my DVD's arrive which will hopefully be by next week - I am looking forward to starting but I am nervous too - I really want to stay dedicated to it and I hope I can stay in touch with others doing this program!

Thanks everyone - actually I will be starting tomorrow - but today hubby and I had prime rib for dinner and cheesecake for dessert - not a great foot to start on - as for working out everyday - my plan is to go to the gym everyday that I work as it is on my way and there are many reasons for going (nice hot tub and sauna)…

I would just keep on going and see how you do - I did the D4L1 last night and had a hard time with the energy levels b/c I rolled out of bed and worked out - made me sick to my stomach for a couple of hours - today I taking off and then I am going to jog/walk tomorrow :)

Okay ladies - tomorrow will be D4L1 for me - I went and bought 2lb weights for the harder exercises and will keep trying to use my 5lb weights as much as possible - I ran/walked today doing the c25k and did pretty good - managed to all out run for several minutes on level 6.0mph :D

Okay so I did D3L1 - and managed to use the 5lb weights for most of the work-out - and I was able to do some of the cardio on the floor instead of the trampoline - that last set of Abs still just about kills me!!! I almost didn't do it today - but I kept looking at the equipment - which is right on the shelves under my TV…

D2L1 done - I used my mini trampoline to help with some of the cardio because my knees were hurting a little bit and I have hardwood floors - I am finding they don't give you a lot of time to transition from the floor to standing up or the other way around - LOL I feel like I am stumbling around trying to get myself into…

So seriously sore today - tomorrow is L1D2 - I decided to not do anything today and let myself rest - this work-out is really good - but grooling for those of us that are out of shape :S

D1L1 and All I can say is holy s**t!!!!!! That is one hard work-out - the 5lb weights I have are not going to happen - I will have to go get 2lb ones - I couldn't even do the modified kick you bum cardio - my knees were hurting b/c of the extra weight on my thighs these days - so my next day for this will be on Saturday -…

Sounds good - I am going to do it when I get home from work in the morning - what I may do is do it every morning and do my running 3 days a week - so for 3 days I would be doing double exercise :) That should kill a few calories!
