Shred day 2 or C25K?

I tried to start both 30 day Shred and the C25K today, but have concluded that going from virtually nothing to both in 1 day is too much. I still plan to do 4 days of shred and 3 days of C25K a week but for tomorrow I'd rather do one really well rather than 1 ok and the 2nd a bit half @rsed. So.... the questions is which do I do tomorrow, Shred or C25K?

If it makes any difference I found the running harder than shred, but then thats also the one I did 2nd!!!

Would appreciate some thoughts.

    hey girl - I am going to do the c25k tomorrow and then start shred on thursday - we can do it together :D

    Maybe try doing the c25k tomorrow, give a day to rest, then do the shred. And, if you can, do the shred in the morning, that way you have the whole day to 'rest', and you can start up with c25k the next day?
