Impressive. Now that I can run extended periods I draw further inspiration from those I see struggling to do something that I have become so accustomed too. I remember that I was in their shoes not that long ago.

Breakfast, then my meals get smaller as the day goes on. I just never understood having a giant meal right before bedtime.

I finished this program about a year ago. It was a gateway into something I thought I would never do. Its an amazing program and I recommend it to anyone that wants to start running.

You can look on the label too. So for instance I use Kaizan protein powder I get at Costco for 44 dollars for 5 pounds of the stuff. There is 35g protein per 40g scoop leaving 1 carb, .5g sugar and a bunch of vitamins. I've seen other powders cheaper but have 20g protein per 40g scoop leaving sugars, carbs and other stuff.…

If you are thinking of health and fitness in the short term then drinking on the weekend is probably not a good idea. However, if you are like most serious people and view your health and fitness as a lifestyle change and not a diet for the short term, then indulging once and awhile wont hurt. Being care free 1-2 days…

Ive always just assumed it to be 250 ml of water. A cup is a crappy unit of measurement. Why not use a rod or a furlong for frig sake.
