    You beat me to it. It's amazing how this stuff still exists even after reputable health institutes prove them wrong.

    10-13 has been debunked for awhile. The ones I agree are the muscle mass and sleep. Also, your body will become accustom to figgiting

    Love this post. But however though, there is no such thing as 'negative calorie foods'! Fruits and complex carbs all have calories, regardless.
