LOL that's awesome, Hey might as well use those personal days. Exercise : Taking a few rests days Nutrition C : Ribs, Hot Pocket. craved carbs bad today. Water A : Did good with water today. Tried the cucumber and lime drink. awesome.

sounds like you need a calm, relaxing weekend. hard to come by with kids though.

Exercise C : making up my mind on how to continue Food B : not good, went out of town for the day for work and didn't really eat anything except peanuts and pure protein bar. missed both snack times, got in a solid dinner though. Water A : Drank plenty

exercise: day off, rest day i think i will play around with chaLean extreme later on though, see how i like it nutrition c, slacking today water b, slacking today burgers sound good. so does a walk, the weather is great here today, just a slight breeze.

those all sound awesome. i have tried number 1 before, except with lime instead of lemon. kind of like the lime,cucumber Gatorade but more healthy im going to try these, water does get old lol thanks for sharing.

Exercise B: Skipped 18 minutes of the workout. i did so in a smart manner i think, skipped the less aggressive sets. I had to go to a birthday party on short notice.
