I have the same problem. My husband is a chef so he's always coming up with new recipes. I unfortunately have a sweet tooth so this has piled on the pounds.

I had hair down to my bum. I had it cut off recently to just below my shoulders. I liked it to start with but now I miss it. I'm not going to grow it as long but am definitely want to grow it again

I try to space my meals throughout the day, if I feel hungry in between I drink water. High protein fills me up and I try to eat whole wheat and not white, breads, pasta etc

I was sore for a week. Everyday hurt. I was really worried this was how I was going to feel the whole way through but now I feel fantastic after every workout. It's the pure cardio that kills me. I save my meals and do a two week rolling menu. It's simpler and I'm less likely to overeat. Then any exercise I add at the end of the day.
