  • On the weekends I forget to drink water, let alone anything because I'm so busy with errands, events, housekeeping, everything! Best advice is toss a water bottle in your purse for the day, so that way its always with you. That will help with your water intake on the weekend.

  • I did it back in January and I never really "ran" before then, so it was my first "5k". The running I don't think is too bad, but look at the map for your obstacles. We had to hop over and under walls, which takes some arm muscles. Its a very friendly competition and people will help, I feel a few times and was helped up.…
  • I'd say do the hula hooping, especially if you've unlocked 10 mins and the bicycle advanced. Those are a good hurt afterwards.

  • Best advice is to shop around the border of the store, that's where all the real food is kept. Usually when you go down the aisles, that's where the pre-packaged stuff is. I would recommend getting the basics and then using your freezer. Get a bunch of chicken breast, clean it up then freeze it in portions you will use.…

  • Welcome Sam! When I had the desk job, I would use my lunches for some quick exercise. I worked on the 3rd floor, so I would walk the stairs at lunch time. Luckly, I was allowed to eat at my desk, so I didn't have to technically eat on my lunch. Or go outside for a walk, if the weather is nice. Feel free to add me.

  • Cocoa Butter works great! I live in Florida and always have it on hand. It has to be real cocoa butter though, so read the label. Also, I use cocoa butter for sun burn instead of anything else, including aloe. If you use it twice a day, immediatley when you get burned, you will not peal and I usually peel like crazy! Hope…

  • What I do with food is a lot of prep on the weekends. And, I'll make my own mini frozen meals and stuff. So, I'll do a big pot of soup, chilli, enchilda soup, jumbalya.
