I don't wear them in the summer b/c I tan while running. However in the fall and winter months I break out my tights, heavier version of hose, to keep me warm.

I just realized this morning that is how mine is. I cannot change the battery myself and I woke up to my hrm dead as can be. I will replace it with a brand that I don't have to send in to change the battery.

Has'nt anyone heard of the "Eat this, Not That" books? I own everyone of 'em including the restaurant one and on a rare occasion when I want something from a restaurant, these books are worth every penny! Even has BK in them:wink:

I personally cut out eating anything fried, anything with high fructose corn syrup in it, I don't eat out much anymore, NO more McD's!!! I do eat Sugar free chocolate pudding, sugar free oreos, Sugar free hersheys dark chocolate minitures, Skinny cow candies. I go by the " serving size" and do measure everything now. I…

I do the same thing sometimes. I workout so much so I can have my bowl of fruit and cottage cheese at night then I still have alot calories left after that. So I eat something else and still have calories left. I never eat all my calories back. I think I need to stop working out so long.:ohwell:

I don't do any plan. I just put my runners on and go run. I have no set distance so when I want to stop I stop. :happy:

Yep, she is right. I was a size G when I started loosing weight back in 2010 and now I am a small D cup. I LOVE it. I HATED having huge boobs!:bigsmile:

I eat some of mine back, but never all them. I like to have a "calorie cushion" if you will at the end of the day.:happy:

Do like I do and buy sugar free snacks...Jell-o brand sugar free pudding, snack pack brand sugar free pudding, sugar free miniture hershey dark chocolate candy & sugar free oreos just to name a few things. Fresh fruit and also Blue Bunny Sweet freedom ice cream bars.(no sugar):wink:
