I've had the same problem. I do eat the Sun Sweet brand D'noir prunes. They are yummy but then I was told to add more protein in my diet b/c that is suppose to help with digestion and so after my workouts I eat a Pure Protein bar and it helped. I can actually "go" without taking anything else.

Exactly. Once your in shape and exercise regularly, a fast food meal won't hurt because your workout will cover it!

Sometimes. My hubby is supportive of my weight loss but now he tells everyone he's gonna have me committed to the mental ward b/c I'm down to a hundred lbs and still worry about what I eat and getting enough exercise:ohwell:

Thanks for the recipes and tips everyone. Its very bland by itself and thats how I tried them last night and almost got sick b/c my tummy could'nt handle the blandness.:sick:

Thanks nxd 10, I totally agree that I need to learn to relax again. I feel guilty just thinking about not working out just one day. I do enjoy running outside, not so much inside on a machine, but on days when the weather does'nt cooperate I must run inside.

Hi brianj1988, I have lost 110 lbs. over the course of two years. I workout everyday usually for about two hrs. I run and do about 25 minutes of sit ups,pushups and crunches. My question is now that I've lost the weight how many days do I need to exercise to "maintain" it? Thanks for your help:smile:

I agree. Sounds like someone out to make a few bucks on weight loss tips to me. I'm hear to tell ya, I don't go to bed without eating my fruit bowl w/ cottage cheese and I've kept the weight off for two years, thanks be to GOD.:wink:

I personally try and breath entirely in and out my nose(mouth closed) the whole time I'm running. To me, it means I'm fit.

Any kind of Kashi brand crackers or the special k multigrain crackers are yummy with them. I also like the " Food should taste good" brand of sweet potato tortilla chips with laughing cow. Yummy:smile:

This is why I have the "Eat this, Not that" restaurant guide book! It tells ya the better choice options from the bad ones at most all popular eateries. I love this whole line of book, I have them all. The supermarket one to the restaurant one :wink:

Hi, I've been doing this for about three years now and I have managed to loose 110 lbs. I've went from a size 22 to a size 2 in the course of about three years now! My problem is I don't need to loose anymore weight but I still am. I do exercise just about everyday just so I never come close to going over calorie goal…
