I recommend New Balance running shoes. I was running in Nike brand until I bought my New Balance designed specifically for running. My feet and legs love 'em :love:

Every night I eat a bowl of fruit and cottage cheese before bed and any thing else I want really. I make sure I burn enough calories during my daily workout to eat what I want, when I want.

I am that way with meat. My husband says its gotten worse since I've lost weight though. Honestly when I'm eating meat I start to think about having an animal in my mouth and its just gross!!!:sick:

I've never joined a gym and I've managed to lose around 110 lbs! I run and workout here at home.:happy:

Why replace a food that has a nice amount of poly and monounsaturated fats (heart healthy fats) for junk?:huh:

I run inside and outside and I prefer outside most. I bought a good pair of running shoes and they help so much w/ pavement running. Also a HRM will tell you your speed and calories burned given you measure your stride right. I also like to run outside to enjoy God's creation and when its sunny out I get a free tan:wink:

Any kind of fruit mixed with cottage cheese and I also like a laughing cow blue cheese wedge with a few kashi crackers. Triscuit rye & caraway seed crackers are yummy too :wink:

Me too. Sweet potato are just that, sweet all on their own. I don't add nothing to mine, no butter or anything. I just bake and enjoy!

I'm 4'11 and weigh 102 lbs. I run anywhere from 4 to 8 mi. a day so eating more than 1200 calories is an everyday thing for me. The more I exercise the more I eat.
