I dont measure often, I did like a month or so ago, but have not done it since.. on some days my clothes will fit good and ill feel fine but on others i feel like they r tight and i have a muffin top...its just annoying and its not helping with my motivation!! its actually making me fall off a bit :(

So it turns out that the scale is wrong at home... I tried 3 different scales. one said 260 one said 256 and one said 253!!!WOW!! idk what one to use!! yikes!!

Looking at your food diary, I really dont think you are eating enough calories throughout the day as a guy. Maybe bump up your calorie intake and slow down on the cardio for a week or two.. then it should shock your system and the weight can come off.. your doing a great job though :) way to stick to it!!!!
