HELPPP DOES ANYONE KNOW THE CALORIES IN A CUP OF CHINESE SHRIMP N VEGETABLES WITJ THE SAUCE ON IT??

    I googled the chinese food I had the other night: "nutritional value (or nutrition facts) of sesame chicken (or whatever)." Find the one that is most similar to what you ate and there you have it. :)

    LOL yes I know where my caps button is...it was a brown sauce..I know what it is without sauce but I'm trying group figure it out with sauce!?

    It's probably going to be off the charts with the sauce. My suggestion, if you know what it is without the sauce, just search the database for something along the lines of "chinese brown sauce" and see what comes out. If you check my diary from today and yesterday, that's what I had to do for my lunch today/supper yesterday.
