  • Loved reading this! I would like to 1. Be able to wear a skirt and not tights when its hot without being uncomfortable 2. Not be 'the fat one' when i'm out with my friends 3. Wear a pencil skirt and tight fitting skirt combo - loved this idea when i read it! may be my goal outfit too!

  • Hello - also from England! I'm new too (well ish) this is day 4! I love Zumba but only do one class - What do you use to help you zumba at home? I always eat a little bit more when i exercise too - but never more than the calroies I burn! (well thats the aim anyway) Good luck on your journey!
