Hi everybody :)
I'm a newentry and I absolutely love this site... I also downloaded the app for register my calories on the go :))
I do a zumba class 3 times per week and 1 time per week alone at home and I find it amazing. I feel I'm losing weight, I have so much energy and feel so happy ;))

My aim is to lose 500 gr per week. I eat 1500 calories per day, but around 1800 the days I do zumba. Do you think its better consume 1500 even when I do sport??

    I'm new too (well ish) this is day 4! I love Zumba but only do one class - What do you use to help you zumba at home?

    I always eat a little bit more when i exercise too - but never more than the calroies I burn! (well thats the aim anyway)

    It's my day 4 too :)))
    I just use videos on youtube!! It's so amazing, because you don't feel like you are actually working out :) But classes are always better as your less likely to stop or chill ahah... In Manchester is wonderful as the class are just 1 pound per hour :)
