I'm a newentry and I absolutely love this site... I also downloaded the app for register my calories on the go
)
I do a zumba class 3 times per week and 1 time per week alone at home and I find it amazing. I feel I'm losing weight, I have so much energy and feel so happy
)
My aim is to lose 500 gr per week. I eat 1500 calories per day, but around 1800 the days I do zumba. Do you think its better consume 1500 even when I do sport??

Hello - also from England!
I'm new too (well ish) this is day 4! I love Zumba but only do one class - What do you use to help you zumba at home?
I always eat a little bit more when i exercise too - but never more than the calroies I burn! (well thats the aim anyway)

I just use videos on youtube!! It's so amazing, because you don't feel like you are actually working outBut classes are always better as your less likely to stop or chill ahah... In Manchester is wonderful as the class are just 1 pound per hour
