Hey! My first advice is to only look at the smaller portion of the pic, don't look at as I have to lose x number of pounds to get to goal. The big picture is very daunting! Thank you for the responses!! I think I have a Planet Fitness about 45 minutes away... $10 a month is a great price! The gym that is close to me is $30 a month and considerable smaller. I am going to look at the weight set posted and work out routines and try to get on it! Thanks everyone!

Woot!!! I tried on a blouse today that I have been wearing, not very well at that.... Today, it had loose areas where it didn't look like it was spandex-ed to my skin like it did before, it actually fit the "right way!" Cheers to your better fitting clothes, isn't it great??

I didn't read the other replies, but I will offer a few suggestions. Nothing wrong with taking a snack like you did, but I would only take one with me per day. If I had a box there, I would end up eating them all. GUM! Try grabbing a piece of gum to chew when you feel the need to munch. Have a good snack such as grapes…

Is this something that you can use the PB2 (powered peanut butter) in? PB2 seems to be low in calories, and that could cut out some of the high calorie effect..... Totally go for it! Eat one to two slices as your calories allow, put a salad on the side and/or fruit salad. I have had pizza twice so far in my journey. First time I had one slice and a salad.
