Orka help!
I love to eat fried Orka, it is a common dish in our house. I'm looking for a healthier alternative to frying it, but would like to keep the crunchy (and breaded?) texture. Does anyone have any good ideas??? No stewed Orka and tomatoes please, YUCK! (IMO!) Thanks!!

Leslie Sansone, how do you put it in MFP?
I have been doing her workouts for several weeks and just did the 5-mile on with "boosts". I've been classifying them under "walking" but I'm wondering if they should go under aerobic instead? I know, it's a silly question!! :)
