I do my "cardio" on an empty/fasted stomach every morning. I have heard you should fuel the burn/work out, but it works out better for my schedule to "get up and at 'em" first thing then shower and fix breakfast.

Also, I will have one cup (maybe two!) of unsweeten silk milk, I prefer Blue Diamond with a squirt of sugar-free chocolate syrup. One cup is 45 cals! Two cups is 75 cals! Lowest cal. Chocolate Milk I have ever had! :)

Same here! Super yummy and "good for you" The also have a fudgy chocolate "cake" with is a good sized little cake for ONLY 50 cals!!!!

I was diagnosed with Cancer 5 years ago. It totally changed my out look, life is precious. I decided to "get healthier" after I finished treatments. It was a little too soon, as I found myself sick regularly. I am back now to change my outlook on life and get healthy, if not more me, at least for those who love me.

Look for grilled chicken, fish, shrimp (sans the butter!) Side with a baked potato or sweet potato, and steamed veggies With this combination you should rock this lunch out! :)

Thank you for posting this! I made this tonight with an non-stick Olive Oil Spray. About the second or third week I was pretty tired, even with good amount of sleep. It all evened out after a few days. I was just thinking that it was from my body getting adjusted from being a slug and eating like crap to more active eating better.
