Half way done with level 2! Day 5 of Level 2 finished! I seem to be burning less calories in this round... but still over 300!

Took a day of rest yesterday... Day 7 complete!! I can tell my arms are toning up! and i'm building muscle

Woot Day 5 done! I did it myself with a timer and watched the news... I noticed she cuts out a couple minutes... Burned 340 calories!!

I should be on week 4 of C25K, but haven't done it for awhile... the 5 minute runs were kinda tough... i wonder if i should start over completely or go back to week 3 again... what are your thoughts??

I downloaded the c25k lite app for my droid... it has all the timers! I wear an arm band so i can hear the chime when to change! I love this program!

You should try the couch potato to 5k program! It's very doable, incorporates walking and jogging! http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml there is even an app for your smart phone with the timers built in its called C25K, I'm starting it this week with a group of people!!
