The willpower will come. I had none and before this site I lost 80 pounds on my own. It is hard but you have to give it your all.

I was scared at first too. I just started small and now I can do things I never thought I could. Like be on the elliptical for 45 minutes straight! Just start small and you can work your way up in no time! :)

Good job! I'm on this journey but this time I'm doing better than I have before. I'm looking at the small picture instead of OMG I have over 100 pounds to lose. Guess I'll just eat a cookie instead. lol
