Depends. I stay out of the left lane unless I am passing, but if it's a one lane I usually drive 5-10mph over the speed limit but people still tailgate. A quick/light tapping of my brakes gets most people to back off but if they don't I slow down to the exact speed limit :)

Try cooking them in different ways. Kale chips, steamed veggies, smoothies, chop them up tiny and put it in pasta sauce or throw em in omelets.

I don't log 0 calorie cooking sprays, or the salt and pepper I use. I am too lazy to log a little pinch of minced garlic or a sprinkle of dry herbs. Other than that I log/weigh everything else- condiments, vitamins/medicine, gum, tea, coffee. I rarely eat off of other peoples' plates. If it goes in my mouth I log it.

I would see a doctor if I were you. If you tracked your food you can see your micro nutrients and maybe have an idea of what you're missing from your diet to get a general idea.

I'm sure everything I am about to say was already mentioned...There's days where I barely reach 1,000 and there's days where I eat 1400. I'm 5'6" and have a desk job so I guess I don't really move around that much except for my workouts. If you won't feel full at 1200, then eat more. I do like to have "high volume" foods.…
