In my case the price is way better for the bottle. A bottle is about 4 dollars after tax and has the same juice equivalency as 32-34 lemons. A lemon is roughly 49 cents each. That is here in Canada so I don't know about anywhere else. And with the juice there is none of that having to worry about seeds, or a slimy peel.

I have yet to get sick of drinking water. What I do is I buy the "real lemon" and "real lime" natural juice and put it in my water. No added sugar, carbs, fat, nothing. It makes water to me taste like a treat more than a chore.

To me it seems more leaned against eating the bad carbs like refined sugars, or unhealthy wheat products like white bread tons of white rice, big portions of unhealthy pasta and bagels and stuff. I eat a lot of carbs but they are the good ones and I have had consistent loss and feel great :)

I drink about 2.5 -3 litres a day. When I started I used to pee every 10 minutes haha but now I don't :)

I avoid working out the same muscle group as pushing through for sure causes more damage and can ruin all the hard work. But the soreness for me now is an indicator my body's muscles are not used to... working haha but that is going away :)

That sounds really intriguing I don't think I have tried squash. I will definitely try that meal it sounds awesome especially since I love chicken haha. And prawns are basically bigger shrimp. The size varies from double to 4x the size but I just get the 2x size ones. And since the sodium is a little high I don't eat them…

Haha I am glad for the feedback and this is why I asked I had a bunch of site "experts" tell me drink the 8-10 glasses of water a day don't count the gym water since it gets used up immediately and does not go towards daily recommendations" reading it now makes me realize how absolutely stupid it sounds.

And I just meant more along the lines of " recommended" water in a day would you exclude at the gym since I probably sweat all of it out :P

Your body takes in water from almost everything you eat, however I would never count it as water gained. I bought a Heart Rate Monitor watch with a chest strap and on the elliptical I burn 500-600 in 30 minutes. The watch is fantastic I would recommend a HRM for sure.

Haha just a little. Yeah I worked my *kitten* off on the elliptical on Friday and burned 600 calories in my workout and kept my heart rate going for a while!

Yeah I have determined my BMR is 2288.56 complete rest and I consider myself moderately active as I do 30min cardio and 10-20 min weights as of now mon-fri so in that case to maintain my weight I need to eat 3450 calories. So I will wear it tomorrow until I go to bed and I will let you know how it goes :)

Yeah I am gonna do some confirming. I am going to see what my BMR is, my calories burned in a day and wear the chest strap all day and see if it really is accurate.

I definitely sweat like you wouldn't believe haha and my legs burn, but I am not gasping for breath. I do the elliptical on an incline at a medium level. That is a good idea, I will have to really calculate my vitamins in all meals and other essential nutrients :)
